Our History

This amazing space was taken over by San Francisco Bay Area native, Amanda Sherman, in 2014 with one goal in mind. Create a safe zone for creativity in the community. And she has done just that. Hosting countless numbers of open mic nights, comedy shows, dance parties, and art galleries, Manda has transformed her space and her community for the better. All who come to this place are in awe. Manda’s Dance Lessons
Manda is an award winning, title holding, dance champion with years of professional dance and choreography experience. She has choreographed dances for Quinceanearas, Weddings, Proposal Flash Mobs, World of Dance, and UCLA’s Award Winning Hip Hop Team. Host Your Creativity Here
Are you a Comedian, Host, or Artist? Pre-COVID 19, every weekend there was a comedy show, performance, or open mic night. Host your next online/love show now. Our space comes with a 14x12 dance floor or stage, microphone, speakers, full length mirrors, lights, backdrops, and Bluetooth connectivity. We book by the hour. Contact us for rates. Actor’s Services
Need a spot to self tape? Need a place to rehearse a script or block out a scene? Maybe you need a place to host a table read or a casting. We’ve got you covered. Just bring the bodies and the scripts and we’ll set up the tables, chairs, and lights. Full bathroom facility on-site! Book your space now via Peerspace.
Space Rentals/Book By The Hour
If you need to book some space for whatever reason, we have rentals by the hour. No late night fees before midnight and no additional charge for weekends. Just straight forward pricing. 35/hr.
Booking and Cancellation PolicyWe require 24 hrs notice for any cancellations. A 10% deposit is requested on any booking over $150.00. Due at the time of booking.
For any booking that is attached to a large event (ie: party, group meeting, open mic night) We require a 25% upfront fee at least three days before the start of your event. We reserve the right to keep and collect any booking fee attached to a same day cancellation.
